  1. Joel Treece td, jack fox td, Luke linzell td, Brady Hines 2 tds this Smcc team is ledgit there defense forced 3 fumbles and the shocked the state tonight with this win go faclcons….

  2. Smcc is not winning this game. I hope they can just field a team. This game is going to get ugly. Smcc will not stop Riverview all night. It will be over before half. Watch. 62-14 that’s if Riverview lets Smcc score.

    1. Buddy go back to your mom’s basement. Riverview is a proverty d3 team that plays lower division teams all season. They won’t last a game in the playoffs.

  3. I oughta tell you guys something. All this talk about cc flat rock and Riverview is overshadowing the real game of the week! Grosse Ile vs DA BEARS. Huge game for both teams looking to pick up their first win of the season. I remember how great GI was back in 18 and I hope they can one day get back there. But this week, this week is bears week!!! RAH BEARS

    1. SMCC is much much less healthy than Riverview is at the moment.
Fielding a team is job 1 on W. Elm.

I just hope its a good game.

          1. Losing Geiger for the season hurts-especially against Riverview. I heard there was sick kids this week-hopefully they’re all ready by tomorrow night.

      1. Gary, you pull this stuff every year.
But hey, if it works, it works.
I remember last year when they upset FR, all we heard all week was half the team is out sick, hope we can field a team, blah, blah, blah.
        Should be a good game.

  4. Electric Boogaloo

This Riverview CC game is gonna be on for the ages! This game is truly how Frank said Game of the Year part 2 (Electric Boogaloo) I’ll tell you what though ccs got a heck of a chance to win this game. Despite what ever people say about the small size on CC d-line they got that #51 on the d-line , I saw him save a touchdown against Milan with that offsides, only some d-line can sense a touchdown before the ball is even snapped! Only one other person was able to do that, that was none other than the GRAVE DIGGER! I send my condolences to Ian Adam’s because that team is night and day difference without him, I’m sure Pinkava will make a statement against CC though. This is gonna be an absolute dawg fight between the 2 powerhouses but I feel like Riverview comes out on top just because their O line is so dominant. But with so many players going both sides of the ball it can go either way, but GIVE ME THE PIRATES!!!!!! (Non-biased I’m a Bears alum)

  5. Riverview has had some major blows to some of their recent teams with injuries. I remember the Kincaid kid breaking his leg and it may have been the same year when the QB broke his leg against Monroe. Now this happens to Adams-these are devastating injuries to a team. Injuries happen but these all happening to 1 team in recent years is crazy. I think time of possession is gonna be a big factor in the outcome of this game. If time of possession is close I like the Falcons chances. If it’s lopsided and SMCC’s defense is on the field 70% of the game it’s not gonna be pretty. Powering the football from a shotgun formation is gonna be a tough task against Riverview. Ball control will be huge in this game!!

  6. Haha this should stir up the town of Riverview… I trust your picks tho I’ve seen both play I think we are going to see a game of the year type of play from these boys Good luck fellas

    1. Ive learned over the years, our picks absolutely have an affect on how a team plays.
Half the time we pick a team, they play well, the other half, they do not.
Same goes for the team we did not pick.

    1. Not A Delusional Dad

I actually LOL’d at “Friday Night Falcons.”

Gary and Chris made a bold pick with SMCC. I hope they’re right. SMCC will have to play a flawless game to make it happen. I remember when we walked into Flat Rock last year as heavy underdogs. Let’s hope we have a similar outcome against Riverview.

Win or lose, let’s enjoy an injury-free, competitive game.
