Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Friday Night Victors will be honoring those 2020 graduating seniors who played for one of the FNV teams that played Michigan High School Football during the 2019 football season.
Jake Ehlert, Bedford
As a freshman Jake played QB and was honored to be pulled up to Varsity for the playoffs.
For his sophomore year Jake played both JV and Varsity, he ended the season throwing a 70-yard pass for a touchdown during Bedford’s playoff game as the 3rd string QB.
As a junior Jake started and played the season at the linebacker position on Varsity.
As a senior Jake was chosen as a team captain, and played tight end and defensive end. He was a leader both on and off the field. Jake was crowned Homecoming King alongside his girlfriend of 4 years Homecoming Queen Chloe Conrad. Jake’s character was awarded by receiving the SEC Sportsmanship Award which we were most proud of. Jake plans to become an electrician by joining the IBEW Local 8 for his apprenticeship.
