Injuries are part of the game. You roll with what you have and healthy teams ( if coached right) should not have any mercy. The kids that are out there playing deserve that! Good luck to all the healthy kids and let's pray they stay that way.

Huron is a solid team, but they are not Riverview. SMCC is playing better but they are beating the teams they are supposed to….HUGE upset win against Huron.
Realizing that injuries are a part of the game, but a healthy Milan team would be a lock for the title. Tough when you lose your starting two linebackers and your starting QB to season ending leg injuries. The Rowland kid would have been a match up issue for most the Huron League teams. Hoskins and his Big Reds could have cashed it in, but they haven't…..so you will get everything those 20 varsity kids have.
Every week in the Huron League is a coin flip. Come to the fields on Friday nights and support your teams. Any thing can happen in this league.

Will Smcc be D6 or D7 if they squeak into the playoffs? And is there a good chance they will make it at 5-4 or is the 6 win automatic bid needed?…. If they make it in D7 already having beat PW that would be interesting.
You don't need big lineman to make the T go. 190-200 lb kids can make the T go just fine.
Wow and Huron never has, that's pretty cool that one or more of those three teams will win it.
Don't sleep on Jefferson. They may be 0-5 but they lost to Airport on a last second field goal and by 2 to Milan. They didn’t look like they were rolling over last week against Riverview either. They’re hungry for a win.
I don't understand how a team like Jefferson continues to stick with the T. They have some athletes on their team, but aren't big enough up front to make the T work. Why didn't they abandon the T when it wasn't working and open things up from a traditional offense. Definition of insanity: continue to do fail at something and continue to do it.
