If you were starting a team in the Huron League and had your choice of players, who would you choose? Would you go offense or defense or would you go with a solid two-way player? He are some of the top returning players in the league.
QB Matt Hartwick Huron
QB Justin Kull Jefferson
RB Justin Carrabino SMCC
RB Dylan Meiring Airport
RB Trace Lindeman Milan
WR Jalen Smith Flat Rock
FB/LB Cortez Gray Milan
FB/LB Tyler Chase Riverview
WR/DB Justin Moores Grosse Ile
DE/OT Dominic Trombley Grosse Ile
TE/DE Riley Woolford SMCC
OL/DL Dale Midkiff Huron
LB Brent Mossburg Airport
Watch out for wyatt gardocki #55 riverview. He will dominate
Moores is a stud athlete. He can run and catch. He is yoing and yet experienced. Maybe the best athlete on the team. Coaches can make or break him. I should have included him. It was oversight. I Think he will regret being used as qb
726. No mention of Moores?
Beach, Wiewiera, Trombley, Sheppard, Vollmerhausen, Smorch. The ones to watch from Grosse Ile. Also take a Closer look at youngsters Simone, Blanzy.
I wasn't cracking on Chris I was just curious that's all. We can move on now lol.
.. lol um no… Chris is always cracking on GI and how "tough" they have it. He is joking, Tongue in cheek if you will.

I think he means with their smaller enrollment now, and more sportstea ms they do not get as many out for football as they used to.
He means its not a tough environment or culture.
goodness people
; not sure what that means. Can you elaborate?
😉
Chris,
You mention a tough cuture for Bodner to coach in? What do you mean by this? Also, I agree he has good talent but not much depth. A key injury can really set the team back.
Bosman graduated
bosman ?
Thoughts on Jefferson?
good luck to Reaume! Lets get FR on track!

The new coach is a teacher at Flat Rock named Brandon Reaume. He is in his early 30's. He was an assistant last season for Oestrike. He is a graduate of Gabriel Richard and has spent time coaching at Southgate Anderson.
It depends on the system and scheme for me. Personally I'm a big fan of guys who are proven athletes on decent that can contribute on the offensive side as well. So a LB/FB or DE/TE player is valuable to me. So therefore I'd go with Chase from Riverview or Woolford from SMCC.
If you're going to choose a standout at one position, you gotta go with a stud LB or a QB that you're looking to influence the rest of the team. None of the kids are bad choices on the list, though.
Who is Flat Rocks New Coach? Haven't heard anything.
Tough call on coaching. Lot of young coaches in this league who are making a good name for themselves. I would go with Bodner from Grosse Ile. He always has talent, but never has much depth. I would say he does more with less. Tough culture to coach in as well. With all things being equal, I would say he would be my guy. Milan's Jesse Hoskins would be a close 2nd.
Who would you pick as the coach? To start A team
Trent sandifier from Jefferson, he dominated defenders last season on the jv level, 6'4, 200, and runs a 4.543 40 time
That is a good solid list you have there. All of those kids should have good years this season.

I would probably take Moores if he's at the top of his game. He's a great defesive player, and he's an offesive threat as welll. It will be interesting to see where coach Bodnar lines him up on offense. I can see him playing QB, RB, or WR. This is a big year for him I hope he has a good season.
That's no rumor, he's gone.
Alot of good RBs in the league this year. But if I was to pick one player to start a team it would be Hartwick, the kid is a proven winner. EM
Justin Laplante
Heard the same thing.
What about Dontel? I heard a rumor he left for Trenton?
GLAD YOU ARE BACK. WATCH DALE MIDKIFF OF HURON 6'4" 270lbs. PROBABLY NUMBER ONE IN HIS CLASS ACADEMICALLY
