SITOFN's hatred of Airport high is puzzling and amusing. What did we do to you? Kick you while you were down and take your lunch money?
Doofus…hateful
Doofus…hateful
Doofus…hateful
Airplane people are a HOOT!!
Please continue the a hypocritical and ignorant posts….good humor for the masses.
Hey RT,
why dont you live up against number 66 and see how average he is?LOL
the grosse ile doofus has been alot kinder to airport lately. With the jets victory over the view, he hasnt seemed quite as hateful.
LOL, the 2:05 poster and the 5:03 posters from september 4th are totally the same person. HAHAHAHA, thats awesome. I love people who have conversations with themselves.
My goodnes RT, this is the Huron League! Remember, high school football!!! I have seen all of Airport's games the last 3 years. So forgive me for sharing a thought that one of the "kids" might get some recognitions in a "unsung hero" position. As the season progresses, and if he stays healthy, let the kids play do the talking. If you know that much about Riverview, you must be one of their fans. That chapter is over this year after Airports victory, and Sorenson & the other O-Line dominated that D-Line. Two RB's get 130+ yards. Remember the topic Chris posted "Week 2 Huron League Stars". Your feedback calling a kid average, based on ONE game last year is NOT the point.
Cory Groff was a nice pick for player of the week….he made 2-3 BIG TIME plays that are truely next level type skill.
He and Vince Alongi may not get huge tackle #'s (yet) but they are making big time improvement on plugging up the middle (something they haven't done effectively for 4-5 years). The D line is starting to neutralize the line of scrimmage and allow LB's to flow, so the better the D line gets the better the LB #'s will be.
GI D as a whole is improving but MUST KEEP IMPROVING because they are not yet a GOOD/GREAT Deee…..
Why?; because the Safety is the #1 tackler. Teee Judd is doing a great job but if someone in this league starts airing it out…… Kingsford!
Don't let a 6ppg avg lull you to sleep GI….CC (Air too) ain't no Onsted or FR!!!!!!!!
SITOFN
Don't go around bowing down to the kid already it's only been 2 games so far. Besides you're stil missing the point and that Sorenson was pushed around by Bosman last year and Bosman was half his size. The kid is average at best.

Both Shumate and Jones both have over 100 YPG in both games. Even in the loss against Bedford. Sorenson and the Offensive Line are doing great blocking for their 2 headed monster. You can be assured that anyone THIS YEAR lined up against Sorenson won't be getting 19 tackles.
sorenson did not fill for kitts. they were both injured and sorenson played threw. durning the bedford game this year sorenson played a hard nosed game.

Sorenson filled in for Kitts last season against Riverview when Kitts was injured. Yes I am positive about the 19 tackles. Doesn't seem like he had much of an impact against Bedford. Completely new defensive line with difference experience level for Riverview.
RT-Sorenson was injured last year, if that is true of 19 tackles? And if you watched the last two Airport games and his matchl-ups, you might sing a different tune. Aiport O-Line is definately one of the best in the league.
As I recall last year watching the Airport Riverview game Bosman dominated Sorenson amassing 19 tackles that game. Maybe a lot changes in a year but as for scouts and strong recognition I'm highly doubting it.

what happened to the bad weight comment?
Grosse Ile has been at it since 8:30 this morning.
Septembter 5, 8:12am:
You must be a freshman parent – get used to it – this isn't little league/middle school any longer!
It only gets harder as they get older – Wishing all Huron League teams luck this season!
Heres a question… How many schools out there practice on Labor Day?? I know some do but it seems like a day that the kids should have off
#66 is Kellen Sorenson, look for incredible recognitions and scouts watching him. Unsung, but, too big and strong to overlook.
Unsung heroes. Always have been always will be.
HOW about that Aiport O-Line??? Everyone questioned the RB's this year. #66 is absolutely dominating whoever he opposes.
