A Question for All:
Is this the year that it actually happens or just wishful thinking?
Yes or No and What?
I prefer the jefferson popcorn over the smcc popcorn by far
He's Back! Now where the heck is the MIGHTY CHIEFS guy??????
Stop it guys….you're making me blush.
Someone has hi-jacked the SITOFN moniker….STOP IT!
From now on, SITOFN will no longer post anoymous…problem solved.
Post from 5:42 is mine.
A great year is in store for the HL because no one seems able to predict where the "middle teams" are heading….lotsa opportunity for greatness if somebody steps up!!!
Speaking of "winds blowing" is mom nature in a mood or what!! Possibly a hint of what GI will bring to Jeff on Friday?
SITOFN
What happened to all the Jefferson people this week?
CraigM, I definitely agree with what you said. Riverview had some chances that they did not take advantage of. But you also have to wonder what-if DeAndre Mitchell wouldn't have sat out the first half?
Well woah there broseidens but we all know who is going to win the huron league and that is good ole SMCC
I wont be quiet after friday.
SITOFN
Not much to say for the moment…
I'm looking for Coach B and the Red Devils wake up and make some noise on the field this week! God knows there's room for improvment.
I will say this….last weeks results sure made this season VERY INTERESTING to say the least. Lop-sided and unexpected, hold on tight it's gonna be a wild ride.
The Huron League is up for grabs (CC included) and this week may be filled with even more surprises!!
(hint for you Chris!)
SITOFN
I miss SITOFN!!!
I do think theat SITOFN jumped in the river. His beloved Devils better get their heads in the game or he might really do something drastic! ha-ha he really is a good guy!
All makes sense Chris and yes SITOFN has been very quiet(which sucks). I think the winds of change have picked him up and carried him back to the land of reality.
I still see GI beating somebody of note though. They are tough on that island. They will have their chances with home games vs Riverview, SMCC and Airport.
I would say making the playoffs is a bit of a stretch though. Sorry SITOFN! please come back.

Putting the pressure on me eh?
I have been knocking it around in my head. I do think the Falcons are beatable, I'm just not sure if the Bucs can do it anymore.
Remember I made predictions, as in, predicting the future.
My picks for each week are made in the present; therefore they require thought based on the now, not then.
Make sense? I think I just confused myself.
Anyway, I do go out on a limb at the beginning of the season but my weekly picks are always based on that week not prior to the season stuff.
Stay tuned, I will have picks posted tomorrow and Thursday. I just have to figure out what they are.
Is it me or has SITOFN been noticeably quiet?
It's our turn to ask a question of Chris.
Will Chris still pick Riverview to beat SMCC like he predicted a few weaks back? Or will he go back on his prediction? SMCC has to have a loss somewhere in league according to Chris. After last week's games, I wonder if he has changed his mind any.
I had the View going 4-3 in league getting wins vs Airport-Huron-FR and GI. Let's see what happens and what Chris has to say.

Exactly two weeks into the season so anything can happen …. Don't pack your bags for states yet SMCC players and fans – remember what all that cockyness got Jefferson – a huge loss!
Not to make excuses. But if Riverview scores on their first possession instead of fumbling on a 1st and goal form the 3, how does this game turn out? Or if the tipped pass is not dropped in the endzone. That would have put Riverview up 14-0. How does this game take shape. Yes, the second half Milan took control, but the what-ifs make me question the comment "beat up".
Riverview needs to learn to tackle that is for sure.
I believe Chris is referring to Huron getting over the hump and becoming a program that has a say in who wins the Huron League.
I say…it is 2 games and that does not make a season. They need to continue to improve every game and if you play hard and believe you can win, you will be successful.
I think that dominic antonelli fellow is doing real good for that smcc team dont cha know saw them friday aye
Sterling Wilson is a stud no doubt, but Mays is better.
what happens?
what happeneds….a school from the huron league wins a state title….then yes is the answer.
SMCC will
Jacob Hagemann keeps putting up effecient statistics for Milan.
Huron vs. Airport has to be the game I'm most excited about this week. Huron has a chance to prove the can beat one of the "top four", and Airport has yet to prove they are still a contender.
My question is this: How much of a chance does Riverview have against SMCC this week after being beat up on by Milan?
What?
