  1. chris and gary…i have a great idea for all the "FNV coaches" that post what they would do or what needs to be done. well i have the answer…why not start a Friday Night Victors fantasy football league for the rest of this season or next season. lets say you can pick 1 qb, 2 backs (from different teams), 2 defenses, 1 kicker, and one special team. and it cant be the same picks two weeks in a row. winner gets guest spot on pod cast and now for the kicker…bottom half at the end of season can never post again anonymously.

  2. If Riverview's offense plays the way they did against Airport nobody else will beat them in the league. Nobody can match the toughness of the offensive line.

  3. Thanks for the correction AP alum at 1:34, I appreciate the vote of support but like AP every team is strong this year every game coming up makes me nervous. Jefferson is hungry for a win and Huron and GI are always tough. it will be exciting to see how it plays out. Good luck with the rest of the season.

  4. JD at 5:02. Couple corrections. AP is 3-2 and may have just as strong student section at game. I just had to get those couple things in to make me feel better. Now, to your point about how good View is. You are spot on! Everyone keeps talking about their O-line and all the backs. Rightfully so, they are the real deal. But, your post was one of the first that I've seen mention of the Defense and again spot on. I think this team is going to run through the rest of the league with ease and then win 2/3 games in playoffs. Good luck rest of way.

  5. Great game in Airport they are a strong team, definitely better than a 2-2 record shows. Riverview has been underestimated all year to this point and that's how we like it. Our running backs our freight trains, O line is fast and disciplined, and our QB can shake and bake. Defensively we are equally as strong and very deep. I don't care what anyone says Riverview has the best Student session and following of any team in the Huron League. Stay humble with your head down boys, good things are ahead.

  6. Anonymous at 5:02….Thurston is probably a playoff team also as they sit 4-1 with a season opening loss to Flint Powers Catholic.

  7. Just need to find a way into the playoffs. Remember last years Adrian team? They lost to Milan 1st game of the season, then beat GI and Milan in the playoffs. They eventually lost to a good Rouge team. My point is; if SMCC can regain their PW form, who knows!

  8. Us Milan fans love how much other teams in the league underestimate us!!!! Because it's always a sweet victory when we come out on top!!!!

  9. Huron should beat a banged up Milan, but will struggle against Riverview, then Flat Rock. A win against Redford Thurston puts them in the playoffs.

  10. I was thoroughly impressed by the Bucs last night. They have three kids that carry the ball with bad intentions. The QB is probably top three running QBs I've ever watched in HS. One that one 2 point conversion he Shaquille O'Neal posterized that would be tackler on the outside. I am pretty sure I saw a couple Adam West "Batman" Booms and Pows on that play.

Cam Rodgers is an awesome back to watch. They played very disciplined and the OLine got off the ball so quickly they appeared to beat the snapper on most downs. That's a very, very good offensive team.

Defensively the Riverview team is easily beat in the passing game, and they will need to address that before they can make a decent playoff run.

Airport continued to play hard in the second half after trailing by three touchdowns. The short stretch from the time they hit Steffen Dyl on the 62 yard TD pass, until they hit hit again from midfield after the gutsy onside kick recovery was 6 minutes of very exciting Airport football. The difference was Airport's inability to stop the edge runs.

Proud of the fight the Jets showed yesterday, and I think they have 3 wins left in the tank. Only time will tell…

  11. I agree. I know for a fact that huron is alot better than they have been playing hopefully they get it together. We have tge rough part of our season coming up and they just need to rise to it. I know they can and believe they will.

  12. @ area educator. You want to enforce a post your name with a submission rule, however you come in with an anonymous name and nameless post. Practice what you teach.

  13. I came into this season thinking SMCC would be strong. They took a couple blows where their best 2 players essentially, didn't play. It changed their whole team. It hurts a ton but you move on. I still thought SMCC could go 5-4 or even 6-3 in a very good HL.

CC beat a great PW team. Played a healthy Milan to the end. Game much closer than the score. Were winning at half. Took it on the chin by view. And had a good chance to beat FR. Those are all tough teams. Conversely, Huron played a much easier schedule to this point. My point is this. As we sit, I'm not sure Huron is a better team than SMCC. Yes I picked Huron to win the league but what I saw last night from the Chiefs left me wondering. Off night? Maybe.

I give this win for CC to Coach Kipf. At 1-3 it's easy for a team to hang it up especially against a team that's 4-0 at their place. Vs 100 dressed kids. CC was the better coached team last night.

Huron will get right though. Spiess will have their attention this week.

  14. I would like to nominate the view offensive line for player of the week. 500+ yds and have been doing it all season its tome for everyone to take notice of 1 of the best offensive lines in the state. Go bucks.

  15. 500+ yards of offense i think the view offensive line shhould be up for player of the week. These boys have been getting it done all season long. One of the top offensive lines in the state. HURON should take notice of what is comming there way. GO BUCKS!

  16. At gary no swipe at smcc intended at all. They were definitely the better team last night. What i meant by what i said was i feel smcc is down a little this year and with the talent huron has i feel if they play the way they should they would have won. No disrespect to smcc they out played us in every aspect of the game and i congratulate them for that. Huron has been flat and need to get a rythem down with the offense soon and play like i know how they can. Ive seen alot of post saying they wont win another game and i dont like seeing that for any team cause these boys read into this. Besides its football and all that matters is who is better that day. In this case smcc was the better team.

  17. SMCC lined up and ran the same stuff they always run and said stop us if you can. Huron could not period. There running backs got to the second level all night. Total control of line scrimmage. On offense except for one long run just poor excusion on Hurons part. Recievers open they couldn't get ball too. Still seems confusion on offense. Maybe rotating too many players in and out. More penalties basically helped CC to first score. Hope they can tighten things up. I'm still on the reservation. Go Chiefs

  18. As a Riverview alum I was at the game and airport is a very good team. They will win more games and they could have a rematch with Riverview in the playoffs. Great game you battled nothing to feel bad about.

  19. Definitely more jest than nasty. If it was truly nasty, it would affect every school. As readily seen, it typically only affected one school that takes offense to everything and everyone. R-E-L-A-X

  20. I like agree with most of your post Mike. You should have won that game? Just a swipe at SMCC I assume. Because if you were there and I'm sure you were, CC was the better team in all areas.

This is what I meant when I said l, don't be fooled by the records. I thought SMCC was better (I picked them) and I was right.

  21. I hate to say it but i think this loss is gonna work out for the good for huron. Its a game we should have won but this team for some reason has been playing flat with little intensity. There is a ton of talent these boys need to get back to what they hace always done and fun with this game and play as a team. Hold you heads up boys i look for this to light a fire under you. There is no doubt in my mind that you can compete or beat any team out there. Go chiefs

  22. I don't think there is true nastiness on the blog. Keep in mind. Its highschool football. These are rivals saying silly things at times. I think it's more in jest than nasty.

  23. Keep in mind, Milan has played all the T teams now. The T is a whole different animal. Should go on a bit of a run now. We'll see!!

  24. The nastiness on this blog would be greatly reduced if people had to put their name to what they post. I enjoy looking at what Chris and Gary post. However, the nameless criticism and trash talk is not good. These are high school kids. The coaches do this for very little money or as volunteers attempting to provide these kids with a great experience. You should remove the ability to post without putting their name to it. Sincerely, an area educator

  25. There is always disrespect given to AP on here. You only need to look back at 10:15 post on here. They mention all 7 teams in the league. Problem is, there are 8 teams. Also, there post was not accurate, as they said the View is down from past years. Quite the opposite there, because they are a real good football team and will win out and win some playoff games too.
I also think AP gets bashed as much as anyone on here, due to the fact that they have one of the best if not best following in the league. So, probably as many bloggers too. And we all know that every team on here has bloggers saying silly things from time to time.

  26. They can hang hats on beating the JV view when these boys were frosh/sophs. It was meant to be we had to read about how great they were gonna be? They did 8–1 back to back jv seasons and they should be 5-0 by now😉

  27. No credit left to give AP. Their fans having been dishing out the credit since preseason. I'm not so sure there is mychbAP hate. Just annoyance with the "look at me" attitude.

  28. 11:12pm maybe that's the problem with the AP D the last few years philosophy/techniques and coaching these guys are still learning coach duffeys defense and techniques. He is trying to fix the problem that was left?
    Beat the RAMS!!!!

  29. I'm not sure Huron folks were mislead by the record. I think the rancor is related to how little the team could compete with SMCC. The Chiefs got owned. They were more prepared last year than this year. Just like AP, Huron could easily be 2-3 instead of 4-1. Just gotta get better.

  30. RiverviewFootballMom

So proud of the way our team showed up last night. Extremely focused, pumped up, and physical. These boys are leaving it all on the field. There is something special going on in Riverview, and it's a privilege to have a front row seat to watch. Keep going, boys, work hard, stay humble and enjoy every second! Can't wait for next week!

  31. No SMCC bashing this week? Where are the calls to fire Coach Kipf? It seems this year in the HL anyone can beat anyone week to week. Its funny how Flat Rock coaches are now getting criticized. Its always the coaches fault for losing, but rarely get credit for winning.

  32. Great game by Airport last night. You guys definitely are a playoff caliber team and played your hearts out after being down 28-7 at the half to tie it up. I will say though that Riverview played a great game and came into a hostile environment (Airport fans are loud and great and it was doubled from it being there homecoming) and scored 51 points
    View faithful

  33. Huron is a good team. Some identity issues. Maybe some discipline issues. But a good team nonetheless. This is spiess' first year at Huron. 4-1 is pretty darn good at this point.

Those in the know, knew this game would be nip and tuck. It was exactly that.

People got caught up in the 4-0 vs 1-3. Don't let that fool you.

  34. Easy old coach, aka parents of #40, that must have been hard to hold all that in during a 4-0 winning stretch. No worries, we had it too. An unexpected loss brings out the best in the negative finger pointing. Hopefully, the coaches will read this blog and get the Chiefs back to their winning ways with this new formula. At least a few more touches for #40

  35. Mediocre teams?? The league is on pace to put 5 teams in the playoffs. 4 for sure. Of 8.

There most likely isn't a state champ in the bunch. But 5 or 6 teams would have a great shot at winning a playoff game, if not more.

  36. I have to say the Huron league is well balanced this year , which makes it fun to watch.
That being said, I have to say the talent level over all is not what it once was. A lot of evenly matched mediocre teams playing each other does make the outcomes interesting.
Some teams are a little better then past years, e.g., Flat Rock, Huron, some teams are down from past years e.g., SMCC, Gross's Ile, Jefferson, Milan, and maybe The View.
No one is that good this year. That being said it is fun to watch because anyone can beat anyone this year, which makes it fun
PS, hey Chris, how many league championships has Flat Rock won in any sport in the past , say quarter century ? Enough said….

  37. Huron will make adjustments. I have to agree that play calling was a big factor and lost opportunities to put points on the board. Penalties kill chances, Huron needs to get more discipline. I seen #40 move the ball very well tonight, haven't seen him run much this year? Why does Spiess under utilize him compared to #33? Wasn't #40 the primary running back for Huron for the last few years? I hear he has a written scholarship offer to play RB at college? The kid runs hard on the inside and has break-a-way speed to run the outside (All Purpose Back). No disrespect to #33, but he is more of a Powerback/FB he is the one you call in to pick up the short yardage or punch it in (not a primary back), but doesn't have a lot of speed (North/South Back). My opinion for running the ball should be primaries: #4 Brennan Spiess and #40 Reed Smith, these two should see the bulk of backfield carries to capitalize on yardage and move the ball early, they both have the ability to run the ball inside and outside and both can catch the ball out of the backfield (All Purpose Backs) , short yardage or punching it in #33 Cam Hutchin (Power Back North/South), mix in #2 (when healthy) and #1 from the motion to keep the D on its toes and you have a scoring machine from a running game stand point. Also I don't see Huron run the ball to the outside much, with the speed of #4 and #40, they would be hard to catch with a little upfront/lead blocking. Look what happen when #4 ran the outside and #40 ran off tackle, points and big yardage? As for the passing game #11, #4, #1, #5, #3 are all effective WR, also utilizing #4 and #40 out of the backfield on Wheel routes, etc. would be an added element of surprises. I think if Spiess makes a few adjustments to his backfield (Utilize the right combination of backs) and play calling, gets the frontlines more discipline to cut down penalties, HURON will be hard to contend with the rest of the season.Huron has done well this season, but Changes and adjustments need to happen going forward, the same game played the first 5 games, won't work anymore, the rest of the league has it figured out now. The hardest league games are coming up now against Riverview, Flatrock, Milan, and then playoff teams, adjustments are key to success for the rest of the season! Just the opinion of an old coach and Huron Fan. I wish Coach Spiess and the Team much success for the rest of the season. Go Chiefs!

  38. G.Ile beats F.R, SMCC over Huron. This league is wide open still and anyone who can pull off a few more wins. Takes it! Boys practice this week don't take any team lightly. Guys coming off a loss don't beat yourself or team up over it . Just think, Never again! Come out playing ball Friday!! Hopefully we get some fall football weather! Rain and cold ! Who's ready? Maybe a little snow? I have not bought a hot cocoa all year!

  39. Shake this off Chiefs. You boys have an entire season ahead of you to play yet. Don't let the naysayers bring you down. Practice hard this next week, execute your plays in practice and come strapped up and ready to play some ball next Friday. The league title is yours. Just gotta want it more and fight harder.

  40. As an FR fan, let me be the first to say that the Rams did not lose because of officiating tonight. As much as it pains me to say it, GI was the better team tonight. They were more physical and FR had no answer for there intermediate passing game. Watching the game, it was clear to me that FR didn't have it tonight, which is by no means meant to be disrespect to their players. For much of the first three quarters they had little success sustaining drives, and were having trouble with GI's passing game. When GI returned a pick for 6 in the third, the game seemed over. Instead of keeping their foot on the gas, they went away from the passing game, leading to consecutive blocked punts and 10 quick points to tie the game. Credit to the Rams for seizing the momentum. After lackluster drives midway through the 4th quarter for both teams, FR was faced with a 4th and 2 at their own 45. Smart football dictates a punt, which is what they did, but watching the game, I felt they would have a difficult time winning in OT, because their offense lacked their normal consistency. While Ciach Reaume and staff have forgotten more about football than I know, I felt their best chance to win was to gamble then and go for the first down. In punting, GI went back to their passing offense, drove to the eight yard line, and won on a FG with 30 seconds left. Well played game by both sides. I credit the Rams for nearly pulling out the game when they played well below the standard they have set all year, but kudos to GI for forcing the issue and winning the game on their terms.

  41. Congrats on the win tonight SMCC. Hopefully Huron can come out of this game with a lot of knowledge and make some changes to continue having a successful season. Stay positive and good things will happen. No need for excuses for the loss, just learn from your mistakes and correct them for next week. One Tribe, win or lose.

    Go Chiefs!

  42. Honestly. When is the last time the downriver league did anything? Jack comes in and is beasting teams. I'm honestly looking for a downriver team that had been good in the last 10 years. Not that their weren't good teams. But no downriver them has made a run. It's a below averAge conference around the state. Wyndotte or Allen a park can't beat the big boys. Teams like Lowell and grand ledge would destroy any of them. Let alone King and Bedford. Gibraltar is having fun in a terrible league minus them and Wyndotte . The playoffs will make it all make sense

  43. Hey Drifter, Last I checked You lost to Trenton. SMCC tied Trenton in a scrimmage this year and their not the best this league has to offer this year. I'm pretty sure most of our teams would role you. Yah your Drifting alright..

  44. Good win tonight against a super average team AP. Lol. These aren't the days of the abrogation boys. Your teams are not good……

  45. There is no such thing as "homered" because of the officials. They're chosen from all over the state. Stop Whining, FR.

AP? Since when did Allen Park join the Huron League? You're Airport, not AP. There can only be one Highlander and they would rolllllll on you. GO JAGS!

    signed…The Drifter

  46. I still have yet to see any progress in the play calling over at huron. First of all, spiess needs to stop relying on his two sons and the the other kid he brought up with him so much. They have such good talent going to waste with #1,#3, #11 barely getting any offensive reps. 2nd, the play calling is way to predictable, they should switch things up.. pass early in game run up their mouth pass some more, if the coach would just think a little bit before he calls his plays. I don’t see huron contending with these next few games they have coming up.

  47. I hate the island with every single bone in my body. Absolutely horrible reffing. I’m not gonna be tick tack about things, especially if it’s gonna Be called both ways. But when it’s sooooo badly one sided, it’s just not fair to the kids. Flat Rock easily had 100 yards in penalties tonight and up to today they had no more than 6 penaltys called on them ALL year. Now I’m not gonna take away anything from Grosse Ile, they made the plays to win the ball game. And what a clutch kick to make on homecoming with 30 seconds left from the right hash as a right footed kicker in front of a huge crowd. All the credit to bodner and the boys. Just the black magic of the island I guess.

  48. I'm an AP fan and still proud of where we are at (3-2). Rest of the games could win or lose all of them. All will be close games. Hats off to Riverview. By far the best we've seen so far and despite what some bloggers have said, will not lose another league game. I guarantee that! The line is the best in league and any back from any other team could run behind it and gain a ton of yards. That is not meant to be disrespectful to the backs in their T, Because they are also legit and all run with great power and are more elusive that I expected. The QB does a great job of carrying out the fakes and executes that offense as good as anyone I've seen in the T.
I also think their "D" was very good for the most part. Let up some big plays, but are very physical and bring the wood.

  49. Riverview was a force tonight. Airport battled back to tie the game but seemed to lose momentum after fumbling the ball. Gotta give it to Riverview. Great team all the way around!

    Signed,
Still proud of my Airport Jet!!

  50. Chris, you should have followed Riverview to their game tonight, though there was no one on a grill at Airport, the Action was unbelievable! People are going to be talking about that game for days!!

  51. Riverview ran for 500 yds is what the Det news said. That's impressive. They are a good team. With two monster backs and a good running QB. I was really impressed last week with #21. Not sure his name, but a total beast.

    Milan Dad

  52. Riverview dominated the los once again and never punted. The db's from AP were visibly drained in the first half from getting run over by freight train gains of 9-10yds. They fumbled on the first series and had some holding penalties as well or they may have had a running clock at half. With that said, high school football has a way of humbling teams right when they think things are going their way. The first drive in the second half, 22 from AP was wide open and hit with a 50+ yd pass. He was wide open twice in the first half as well. Before you could blink, AP got an onside kick and threw another long TD on the next play. Momentum instantly changed over to the Jets and they tied the game at 28. Airport deserves a lot of credit for coming out in the second half the way they did. Riverview showed that they could be a real threat to win the league by marching the ball right back down the field and exploding for another 3 TD's. A great high school football game. As much as Airport fans get pummeled on here, they almost had a years worth of "I told you so" to dish out. In reality, the game was totally dominated by view. Undisputed.

  53. Riverview came out of the game With no injuries just cramps from wood. They have depth everywhere. Over came injuries against cc and Milan and won both games.

  54. Wow, what a night in the Huron League.

SMCC played very well. Kipf called a perfect offensive game and Josh Blanchett executed the T offense to perfection. Huron has loads of talent, but undisciplined play really hurt them.

Riverview seems to be the team to beat in the league right now. Ground and pound! Airport battled back, but you won't win many games giving up that many points.

Strange things happen on the Island. Huge win by the Red Devils. I would call that the Bodner effect. Can't help but think that the Rams got caught peaking a bit.

Jefferson! I want you to win! So close….keep plugging boys, it will come. Milan is a M*A*S*H unit but finds the will to win under the best coach in the Huron League.

  55. SMCC put it to Huron tonight…Falcons shut down there offense big time..big time..was a good win for sure..I do question Huron not kicking the field goal right before halftime ???

  56. All I can say is Cameron Rogers carried the game tonight. I'm not on anyone's side but that boy brought it on both sides of the ball. AP had a chance (a slight chance) but Riverview shut that down and just drove the ball down their throat. Great game to watch from the stands. Good luck to anyone playing Riverview down the stretch, if they stay healthy, they are are going to be tough to deal with.

  57. I don't see Flat Rock winning out or Milan losing more then 1 more league game. Don't see GI winning more than one league game with having to play Riverview, AP, and Milan.

  58. This year is a game of macthups week in and week out more than it has ever been before. Tonight showed this with a 1-3 GI team winning and a 1-3 SMCC winning beating a 3-1 and undefeated team. It's gonna get really interesting the next few weeks. No one knows what is gonna happen and I honestly believe anybody can beat anybody. Can't wait to watch it unfold

    Milan Fan

  59. Milan is doing the best they can with what they got. It's been a hard year fro them with injuries losing 2-way starter and 1st team all leaguer Adam Rollon before the season. Then a ton of kids decide not to play. Now your QB breaks his leg.

Milan dressed 20 kids tonight and don't have enough kids for a scout defense during the week. Hines is not a QB and isn't gonna learn in a week. That will take time and I have confidence in the staff. Give the kids credit for staying together and working hard. Not everything is fair and expectations are always high at Milan with what Hoskins and his guys have built.

This might be the best coaching job Hoskins and his guys have done since he took over. No excuses are coming from these boys or coaches. Just have to find a way to win one game at a time.

    Milan Dad

  60. Huron League Standings
    Riverview 3-1
    Huron 3-1
    Milan 3-1
    Flat Rock 2-2
    Grosse Ile 2-2
    Airport 2-2
    SMCC 1-3
    Jefferson 0-4

    Anonymous Final Predictions
    Riverview 5-2
    Flat Rock 5-2
    Huron 4-3
    Grosse Ile 4-3
    SMCC 3-4
    Airport 3-4
    Milan 3-4
    Jefferson 1-6

  61. Airport should be thanking mossberg. These are his players he developed in his program. This is like harbaugh winning with hokes players. Mossberg was under appreciated and too bad family politics in airport play out.

  62. Bashing coaches isnt gonna do any good. Hopefully huron can find away to get the offense going. Going and come more disciplined and quit getting all these stupid penalties. Shake it off cheifs lets come out next week fired up

  63. One loss and crap hits the fan. Relax people. Come on. Same on the other side, 1 win and now this season is great. Come on folks, things change quickly. Huron's coach has been there, done that. They will be fine. SMCC, nice win, way to pull one out, could be your last, but enjoy it while you can.

    Airport overrated as usual
    Riverview underrated.

    See you next week.

  64. The SMCC game was up in the air until about 8:34 to go, then some weird crap started happening. Almost as though time stood still.

  65. FR has no identity. Bad play calling tonight by the coaches.Old ladies in the stands know at 5 games into the season, we can not run up the middle at all and you still keep trying to push it. Can't understand how Sage Daniels can go for 190 yards last week but was barely used tonight. At 3 mins left in the game, we had the momentum and yet you decided to run the ball up the middle twice and a QB keeper, were those the best plays that you could think of with 3 mins left in the game? I ask you FR coaches, are we a passing or a power running team?? Our defense once again kept us in the game. I think FR has one of the best defenses in the league, just no identity on offense, WHAT ARE WE??!!

  66. Proud of the Falcons to stay together when their backs were against the wall. Sounds like it was a gritty win. Keep it up boys!

Good job on the call G. Hauf along with the Voice of Monroe!

  67. To stop riverview is easy. You need to have big strong athletes on your dline that are better than their oline. Mo hurst and rashan Gary .

  68. Anyone think Huron may be playing TOO many players? They can't all be equal in talent. Sometimes you got to let your thoroughbreds run! And I don't agree either with the "Huron Dad who is pissed that a better kid has replaced his kid's chance at stardom". I'd certainly feed the ball to the studs more than calling one play for each kid to get their chance 🙄 Sometimes it reminds me of Little League.

  69. Ugly game at Milan. Both offenses looked anemic. Milan was really missing their 2-headed QB monster due to injury. Jefferson was keying on Hines and Aeshbacker the whole game. They better learn to throw with Hines, while the HL Championship is still in sight.

  70. I feel like I just watched Dundee/Airport game again. Only this time Airport left way too much time left on the clock. Airport can't stop the T with what they're doing on defense. They're not even containing it. Better come up with a game plan against the T or you can count another loss to SMCC. I still believe the defense needs to be moving all over the place at the line of scrimmage just before the ball is snapped. Massive confusion for the O lineman. Your welcome Huron-that's how you stop them. Lol!!

  71. Flat rock is less impressive each week. They peaked too early and now the rest of their games is a toss up. The league is extremely balanced with riverview a step ahead. However an injury or 2 could hurt riverview. Low numbers and lots play both ways.

  72. Now now people, we win with class and lose with class. Airport made it exciting by tying the game early 4th quarter, unfortunately that seemed to wake a sleeping giant. Riverview's OLine was as good as advertised. I would be surprised if Riverview lost another regular season game. EM

  73. 10:05 good to be confident but that comment looked as if it came from an airport fan. Don’t be like that. View is the best in the league but not by far.

  74. One of the final plays of the GI FR game. A devil purposely gave an elbow to FR #2 in the groin. I am GR fan/parent but I think that was over the line. No call on GI, I see why he was upset.

  75. I'm not sure Huron wins another game. Let's be honest, they've looked disorganized and undisciplined all year. Poor clock management, questionable play calling, and virtually no passing game hasn't gone away. I'm thinking the luck may have run out and things aren't going to get easier with that schedule. It was good while it lasted 😂

  76. Riverview came in a destroyed airport. They got lucky. It’s a shame that airport fans talk this game up. Riverview is the best team in the leauge by far. We only had one bad loss. They have the best running offense in league and some of the best coaches. Huron get ready, we’ve been saving some stuff for you.

  77. First off Hurons loss was NOT the O-line or D-lines fault. Quarterback had plenty of time to throw the ball, awful play callying and 5 offsides penalties is what lost the game. Should have kicked the field goal at the end of half, kicker would've sunk it easily. Time for coach to see that there are many weapons on Huron's offense including 1,3, and 11 not just 4 and 33. Plays become very predictable need to change it up or they will lose every game the rest of the season.

  78. It's hard to stop the T by sitting back and taking on blocks. You have to confuse the offensive lineman. I'm not saying I want to coach jackass. Either send all 11 up in the box or create a lot of confusion.

  79. Here's how you can slow down Riverview-confuse the offensive lineman by sliding your D lineman all over the place, stunting the lineman, and shooting 4 linebackers. When your defense stands still your asking for punishment. You have to confuse the offensive lineman.
