  1. I see a bunch of people asking, what a lot of people don’t know is Nick Walsh was brought up to start as Freshman and played every game up to the middle of his junior year when he suffered a devastating hamstring tear that required multiple surgeries, the kid was the hardest hitting running back and linebacker out there, Cam Rogers Leaugue leading rusher and Thacker not to mention all around great kid broke his collar bone just before the half in the Carlson game. These are two huge losses, I mean UUUUGGGGEEE then our standout Junior QB goes out with a knee injury in the Divine Child game. Most teams losing this kind of incredible talent would fold. These kids just move ahead as a team and know how to win. This team has Sophomores Juniors and and Senior starters all who are outstanding in their position and they train the one behind them to be better than them. Go Bucks!

  2. What happen to Wyatt #6 QB from CC did he get hurt? Why didn’t he play the second half of the game? Just wondering if you have any info?

  3. What happened to the Rogers kid from Riverview? Did he get hurt bad? Will he be playing against Harrison? The kid is a great player.

  4. Mr Day is the real deal and in 3 years he will be starting QB for Spartans. You can take that to the bank. Doesn't make me happy I wish he was going to UM. I bet Chris is happy.

  5. If Gary ever wants to total up all the championships that the Catholics league has over the years feel free.

Orchard lake, Novi CC, Brother Rice, De Lasale, Loyla, all each have won more state championships than the entire huron league combined.

  6. I’ve always had a lot of respect for SMCC. It’s just hard to understand how Falcon Nation can get kicked in the junk so many times. You all should be proud after being left for dead after week 4 and fighting back to get this far.

  7. Generally, I can't stand cc. That said, my heart goes out to the cc players. What a heartbreaking way to lose a football game. Congratulations on a great season–to get to regionals after starting 1-3, speaks volumes about the character of the players and coaches. Be proud of what you accomplished!

  8. Another great season of Huron league football! SMCC did a great job of rebounding from their start. Riverview was one of the teams I did not see this year and I am regretting it. Take the ball and run all the way to Ford Field and win it all. I really think next year to participate in a chat you should have to put some kind of identity out there. Don't hide behind the anonymous handle. That way if you bash the kids on here Chris and Gary can "suspend" or "expel" you. Can't wait to see the all blog teams coming out. Also just a suggestion for next year. See if the schools would be willing to furnish stats to you so you could put out a top ten or twenty player list for us to watch. Thanks again for all the hard work you guys do. Go Riverview!

  9. Watched the Riverview/DDC game. I was not impressed with the D1 recruits from DDC. #11 has some decent running skills, but his throws were not accurate. #8 dropped 2 crucial balls in key moments of the game and #77 from Riverview laid him out on one play, he was down and medical staff had to help him off. I get a little tired of hearing about D1 kids on the blog. Often times D1 kids get recruited just based on their size in high school. If you have some talent and are big, you get looks. Give me #45 from Riverview and his heart any day of the week. Nice team work Riverview, keep the train rolling!

  10. Thank you for the kind words, Falcons fan. It was an incredible game and I absolutely was impressed with Big Play Day. I thought there were some incredible plays and calls on both sides and I think this game lived up to the “game of the week” billing.

  11. What now Riverview the under dog beat D.C…
Theo Day, Aiden Hutchinson wasn't enough..great game best team won hands down!!

  12. just when i think the IQ of the readers is at an all time high, there is always one guy, under the cloak of anonymous, who reminds me that you should never argue with a fool. The onlookers might not Be able to tell the difference.

  13. Falcon Fan here… Great game by both teams, very physical well played. Good luck next week to the Pirates and hope all kids are healthy!

Gary… You are a grown man who runs this blog, try and have some class and be a respectable human and not a DBag

  14. I watched the View/DC game. I thought Riveview had the better team. "Big Play" Theo Day does everything, I think he even sold popcorn at halftime. View was physical. very physical.

  15. You can have your D1 recruits. I told you it would not matter. Ford Field one win away. Say it with me everybody CHOO CHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  16. Great games by both CC and the View. CC kids have no reason to hang their heads. Proud of them. And Riverview, wow. You have my vote. Super impressed.

  17. Great win Riverview. Lost it's QB in the 3rd quarter and best RB last week. This team just finds a way to win. I believe this team is destined to get to Ford Field. EM

  18. Congrats to Riverview on the regional championship. Got to watch the game online and happy for those kids especially winning without your best player. Catholic league sucks lol

  19. Great effort by SMCC and Riverview. Congrats to the Pirates in capturing the Regional title. HOpefully the QB is okay by next week. Horrible clock management down the stretch by the Pirates, but it is survive and advance.

Again, well done Falcons and Pirates. Way to represent.

  20. Riverview 3 point halftime lead. The Divine Child QB is as good as advertised but Wood has made a couple nice runs and throws. EM

  21. Sorry CHOO CHOO We can't let you take the track that leads to Ford Field. We will have to switch your track in Dearborn. We will have to send you to our derailment yard. Enjoy the ride.

  22. In just 2 short hours a train will be coming threw Dearborn. This train will RUN OVER every Division 1 recruit in it's path. CHOO CHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
