Riverview suffered a big blow before the season even started
Injuries happen but if done intentionally that’s just ridiculous, horrible and done right dirty!
6:08 sounds like a possible targeting situation for Milan’s 2 play makers??? It’s High Schol football!! No need to hurt each other on purpose..sounds like you can’t handle a loss.. SMH
6:08 PM, Milan doesn’t put only 2 players on the field. The Big Reds are a team, the players you are referring to are 2 parts of many. Every team, including professional teams, have stellar players. No player is perfect, they all make mistakes. Jelly are ya? Looking forward to tomorrow. Let’s make it 4 for 4 boys. #gobigreds 👊🏻
If almost any team in the HL would lose their 2 best playmakers, their season would be ruined. What's your point @6:08
And, please, no injuries throughout the league.
There are too many changing variables from one year to the next, to set here and compare teams year to year. The HL enrollments, divisions, talent, and overall strength from team to team differs every year.
What is nice about this year's HL is the top half or more of the teams can compete with each other. That with rivalry games always being close make for an interesting year. presently Milan and GI are in the driver's seat, but there is more football to play. So many teams have low numbers that injuries can change the dynamics of a team in big ways. So stay healthy!
My hope would be we get as many HL teams into the playoffs as possible and see what we can do.
HL Fan
Look at all the Milan hate, must be doing something right. See you on the home field tomorrow for some Friday night lights. #onohmilan #gobigreds
I take it 3:29 PM played football for Milan for said years. That’s the past Al Bundy. We are playing with the here and now team. 😆
Milan hasn't even hit their stride yet. The O-Line has been below average except for a couple players on it and the defensive will only get better. They do have short DB's and i don't mean Hines or Furtney. They have 2 little guys out there and Flatrock exposed them.
As for D3. View will most definitely be in a district with AP(the true AP 🙂 ), Trenton and Carlson. I just cant see it any other way.
Milan will get a good look at ND Prep as they come to Navarre Field week 9.
The 2 beast teams in D4 are GRCC and Harper Woods. Milan probably would fall in the next tier with GRSC, DCD, ND Prep, HUC.
Milan can definitely make some noise in D4. I dont think DCD is very strong. Harper Woods is the team you want to hopefully avoid til maybe a regional.
TO 3:29 PM. LETS WAIT UNTIL THIS TEAM GETS TO 9 – 0 FIRST AND HOPE THAT SOME OF THE SHORT COMINGS THEY HAVE CAN BE COACHED OUT OF THEM BY HOSKINS AND THE CREW AND LETS SEE HOW FAR THEY GO IN THE PLAYOFFS. THEY HAVE TO PLAY A GOOD TOUGH TEAM THIS FRIDAY AND THE REST OF THE TEAMS ON THEIR SCHEDULE AREN'T PUSHOVERS EITHER, AS THE HURON LEAGUE IS ALWAYS TOUGH. I USE TO HEAR THAT "POUND FOR POUND THAT THE HURON LEAGUE WAS THE TOUGHEST LEAGUE IN MICHIGAN.
BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF A SEASON IS NO TIME TO BE BRINGING UP "MY TEAM IS BETTER THAN YOUR TEAM BS." AFTER ALL WE'RE THE SAME TEAM. "HAVE SOME MILAN PRIDE", AND I DON'T BELIEVE YOUR EVEN FROM MILAN. MILAN MOCHA
Understand that those teams are of the past with 40-45 guys. Milan has 28 and not even that right now with injuries. SMCC is in the same boat. Lots of kids are not playing HS football for whatever reason and you saw it last year with Milan having 23 guys. Coaching will win them games, but lets be honest that when they play the best, they will be out manned. Nothing against those kids or how hard they work.
Milan will make a good run, but country day will be waiting
Dude Milan is 3-0 but they got really lucky against CC and you need luck, but there not world beaters and there not going anywhere in the playoffs..
Bucs will end up 6-3, dropping games to Milan and Grosse Ille. Milan isn't going to lose at home, and neither will GI.
Now I want to hear your opinion if this milan team goes 9-0 how does it compare to the 2012 9-0 milan team and 2013 9-0 milan team I’ll give you my opinion this team I don’t think would have a chance against either of those teams who had a lot of studs and the O-line play was a lot better QB was unstoppable with kanitz in 13’ and the running backs both years destroyed everyone and there defense was only giving up 9 PPG and scoring 33 PPG 12’ in 13’ I believe it was 12 or 13 PPG and scoring 33 PPG just my opinion but they couldn’t hang with either of those teams
He kind of looks like an unemployed Santa Claus.
Great show guys….if I hit the donate button, could you get Gary a razor
