• Always a great debate on the strength of leagues- DL vs HL
  Would it not be great if this were to happen-The Downriver league drops a team-
  Leaving the DL with 2 openings in schedule
  HL vs DL first and 9th weeks
  think of the matchups-Gary-Chris- Frank - draw it up and away we go

• Where's Mike Oxlong saying Trenton would win 35-21🤣 I guess Trenton got 21 points.

• Huron league is hands down the best league down river. Or am I crazy to say that

  • I don't believe SMCC would beat Carlson, and Trenton would be a toss up game. I think the top end of the leagues are on par with one another and that's saying something seeing that the schools of the DRL are much larger. I've seen all these teams this year I mention.

• Well, its great to see some quality games this week and no BS about Jeffersons program. Maybe someday they will get to play in week 10 again.

  • Jefferson doesn’t even play this week and your worried about them.. Focus on the teams from the Huron League in the playoffs! I guarantee you 90% of Jefferson fans are cheering for Huron League teams to have success. Don’t focus on the minority in life!

  • Huron league is strong overall! We’re seeing that after tonight’s playoff games. Jefferson was a juggernaut in the past with the hard nose power and rip running game. Coach Cisco knew how to win. Tip had potential to kept it alive but never got the chance to make it happen. If the Bear’s can turn the focus back to “we” instead of “me” football they can once again be contenders. 11 guys make it all work play in and play out. Need to find that team formula!

• Wow great win for Riverview. Sounds like it was a helluva game. Also congrats to SMCC and Flat Rock on advancing. Good luck to all 3 Huron league teams next week.

  • 2nd half defensive struggle. View fumbled twice in the second half, the second time on their own side of the field and Trenton scored with under five minutes left. I thought it was all over at that point because the offense was stalling since just before the half. A pass interference call extended the last drive and gave the team a chance and they scored and got the two. Very tough game, Trenton a very good ball team.

    • Can we now put the downriver league is better than the Huron league to rest. Just tired of hearing it. Tonight was a great night for that theory. Trenton might have been the 4th best team in the Huron league js
