The Carlson Marauders dominated the Woodhaven Warriors 49-14, led by a stellar performance from their offense. Carlson jumped out to a 35-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.
Quarterbacks Joe Krolak and Trent Ison spearheaded the Marauders’ attack. Krolak completed 5 of 7 passes for 120 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Ison went 3 for 3 with 38 yards and a touchdown.
On the ground, Izaiah Wright (112 yards, 2 TDs) and Krolak (123 yards, 1 TD) fueled Carlson’s rushing attack, which amassed 276 yards.
The Marauders’ receiving corps also shone, with Brendan Stanley hauling in an 84-yard touchdown reception and Marco Depaoli adding a 38-yard score.
Carlson’s defense held Woodhaven scoreless until the third quarter, when the Warriors finally broke through. Woodhaven managed just 14 points, scoring 6 in the third quarter and 8 in the fourth.

How is Woodhaven always so mid? It seems like they have arguably the top talent and def the best facilities in the area, but are never any good. What’s the deal?
Woodhaven was the best team in the DRL for quite a few years.
