The Summerfield Bulldogs secured a convincing 46-30 victory over the Whitmore Lake Trojans, fueled by a dominant performance from their offense and defense. Quarterback Trace Secor led the charge, throwing for 172 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 18 yards and a score.
Fellow standout Mitchell Gomulinski contributed 123 yards on the ground, including a 9-yard touchdown rush, and added 13 tackles on defense. Secor’s favorite targets were Eli VanHuysen (4 receptions, 53 yards, 1 TD) and Brenden Myshock (4 receptions, 74 yards, 2 TDs).
The Bulldogs’ defense was equally impressive, with Gomulinski’s tackling prowess supported by Jude Flowers’ 12 tackles and Gabe Ostrosky’s two interceptions. Myshock chipped in with a sack and a quarterback hurry.
