Coach Todd Thieken’s Whiteford Bobcats asserted their dominance with a convincing 35-6 victory over the Blissfield Royals. The Bobcats took control from the outset, leading 28-0 at halftime and never looking back.
Whiteford’s offense was relentless, rushing for 321 yards and passing for 120 more. Tre Eitniear starred, rushing for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns, while also throwing for 3 scores. Drew Ruddy and Brek Ruddy combined for 149 yards, further propelling the Bobcats’ attack.
The defense was equally impressive, holding Blissfield to a mere 115 yards of total offense. Trenton Eitniear led the charge with 7 tackles, while Mason Debarr and Andy Trejo added 6 each.
With this decisive win, Whiteford improves to 1-0 and sets its sights on next week’s matchup against the Ida Bluestreaks.
