Huron Chiefs: Hope and Concern 2024

Reason for Hope: The Chiefs return 8 starts on the defensive side of the ball, including 3-year starters; Ryan Anderson, Austin O’Dell and Drew Ladach. As the saying goes; defense travels.

Reason for Concern: The Chiefs scoring offense in 2023 was it’s worst since the 2017 season when Huron went 2-7. Coach Tom Hoover must find a way to replace the athletic All-FNV performer Micah Smith on offense, but he might have an ace up his sleeve in sophomore QB Cash Moczydlowski.
