Hope and Concern: Riverview Pirates

Let’s move back over to the Huron League and the Riverview Pirates.

Biggest Reason for Hope: The Program. Riverview has pretty much dominated the Huron League for the last 3 or 4 years and hasn’t lost a league game since 2019. They have done so by ignoring graduation and focusing on the weight room and their offensive and defensive systems.

Biggest Reason for Concern: The rest of the league has to be getting tired of the Pirates winning. Airport, SMCC, and Flat Rock have enough talent capable of beating the Pirates this year. Thrown in veteran coaches at Huron, Milan and Grosse Ile and the Pirates may have a hard time continuing their winning streak in the Huron League.
