The Hope and Concern series continues on with Dundee.
Biggest Reason for Hope: Braiden Whitaker is back. The Vikings return plenty of firepower on offense, but none more explosive than Whitaker. The senior is a game-changer on offense as a receiver and is also a dangerous kick returner. He will look to not only make All-LCAA and All-FNV, but also make a case for blog Player of the Year.
Biggest Reason for Concern: Maintaining a Strong Defense: There was a lot of discussion about how the Vikings’ defense had improved, as they were allowing eight points per contest in the first five games. The second half was a different story, as they allowed 27.6 points per game in the last five games. Will having returning players in Cooper Buhl at linebacker and Ethan Layton at defensive back be key in consistency?
