Each week, I will go through the box scores of all of our teams and pick four players whom I will turn to you, the people, to determine our Player of the Week.
There are a lot of choices in a given week, so narrowing them down to four is a challenge in itself. If you have anyone in particular to nominate, hit me up on Twitter. That will actually help me out, as my Friday nights are busy with officiating.
You can then vote in our Twitter poll to determine the final outcome.
Without further ado…
Shea Ruddy, QB, Whiteford: Playing behind a shuffled offensive line, the senior QB kept things together for the Bobcats, as he threw for 130 yards and a score, and also ran for 74 yards and two scores. Whiteford prevailed over Ida 32-18.
Gavin Moczydlowsky, QB, Huron: His name may be hard to spell, but the senior QB for the Chiefs made plays look easy. “Muzzy” passed for 136 yards and a score, and ran for 98 yards and the game-winning touchdown as the Chiefs nipped Milan 13-12. The win gave Tom Hoover his first at the helm for Huron.
Jack Mills, RB, Airport: Mills showed that the Jets can get the job done on the ground as he rushed for 183 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries, as Airport prevailed in another thriller 21-19 over Flat Rock. Mills also had a 42 reception in the game.
Aidan Brodie, WR, Monroe: Brodie hauled in five catches for 118 yards and two scores as Monroe prevailed over Ypsilanti Lincoln 28-21, which gave Dave Mifsud his first win as Monroe’s head coach.
Honorable Mention: Tyler Swick, WR/DB/KR, Grosse Ile; Jacob Shank, RB, Riverview; Braiden Whitaker, WR/KR, Dundee, Bedford Offensive Line

Jack Mills
Watch out for Tommy Huss. He had two sacks and was involved on nearly every play on defense. He also caught a touchdown pass over two Pioneer players. Great game by him! Not to mention, the whole defensive line at Bedford is formidable.
