Here are the nominees for the MHSAA Football Week 4 Player of the Week. There were numerous great performances around the FNV area, but these are the ones we chose. Go to our Twitter account @FNVictors to vote.

Brandon Thompson, RB/DB, Summerfield. Thompson singlehandedly helped the Bulldogs set the tone in a 38-0 shutout win over Pittsford, as he rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns, caught a 23-yard touchdown pass, and recorded a 54-yard pick-six all in the first quarter.
Elek LaPalme, WR/DB, Dundee. The senior helped turn the tables for the Vikings in a 34 -14 win over Blissfield. LaPalme would haul in six passes for 136 yards and a score. He also opened the scoring with a rushing touchdown, and was the leader on defense with 10 tackles, two interceptions, and a pass breakup.
Luke Levicki, RB, Ida. Levicki turned in a game-changing performance for Ida. He would rush for 101 yards and a touchdown, and catch two touchdowns, including the game-winner with 1:13 left as the Blue Streaks came from behind and shocked Clinton 26-20.
Matthew Williams, WR, New Boston Huron. With Huron looking to get their first win of the year, it was Williams who made the difference. The senior rushed for two touchdowns, hauled in five passes for 88 yards and a score, and returned a kickoff 79 yards for a touchdown as the Chiefs defeated Jefferson 41-25
