Monroe beat Ann Arbor Pioneer 42-7 last season and have split the last 10 games in the series.

Ann Arbor Skyline has only scored 23 points this season and has never beaten Bedford in football (0-9).

Erie Mason is 10-28 all-time against Hudson and has lost 13 straight in the series. The Eagles last win over the Tigers was a 26-20 victory in 2005.

According to our records dating back to 1950, this will be the first ever meeting between Summerfield and Stockbridge. Coincidently, both team colors are orange and black.

Whiteford will see a much improved Adrian Madison team tonight. The Trojans are averaging 36 ppg compared to only 16 ppg last season.

The Taylor Griffins have scored just 22 points this season and are giving up 41 ppg. Carlson comes in averaging 28 ppg this season, but put up 50 points on the Griffins last year.

The Airport/Huron game has early season playoff implications. Both teams sit at 2-1 with a third win for the victor putting one of them half way to six wins. With at least one of these two teams qualifying for the playoffs 18 of the last 20 years, the victor of this game has a great shot at playing in week 10.

Jefferson and Grosse Ile were at complete opposite ends of the spectrum last season. The Bears went 0-9 while the Red Devils were 9-0. However, in week 3 last season, GI narrowly slipped by Jefferson by a score of 14-7. Both of these teams are in need of a win, GI is trying to avoid going 0-4 while Jefferson is hoping to stop their losing streak at 2.

Milan and Flat Rock will play for the 20th time since the Big Reds rejoined the Huron League back in 2000. Milan has gone 18-1 since that time against the Rams.

Riverview and SMCC have played every year since 1980. The Falcons have won 8 of the last 10 in the series.

The Ida/Dundee game is known as the backyard brawl. It’s been a little one sided lately though as the Streak have won the last 6 games in the rivalry.
