The guy that said Carlson and Wyandotte would beat Belleville has got to be trolling. Those overrated Downriver league teams would both have running clocks against them. I guess you don't realize how overrated the Downriver league is. Once again Wyandotte will go 9-0 and once again they will exit the playoffs early against either Bedford or Lincoln. Same goes for Carlson, they've looked real good against the Kennedy's and Truman's of the world but ordinary against anyone with a pulse
After Chris had his talk about Belleville on this weeks picks I am going down to Bedford to help cheer on the Mules. I am sure it'll take alot of MULE STUBBERNESS but I hope Bedford can upset them. HL Fan/ Monroe county resident.
If Bedford stays within 20 I would be surprised.
The Troll
A couple other teams that come to mind who would beat Belleville...... Dewitt, Fenton, Grand Ledge, Chip Valley, Eisenhower, Mona shores, Muskegon, Zeeland East, East Grand Rapids, Saline, Canton, Forest Hills Central, DCC, Gibralter Carlson, Wyndotte, and hopefully Bedford lol
I think that's close to 30 lol
To say Bellville is a top team in the state is like Davis Gordocki from the news ranking them #1 lol.... They have great kids and a ton of D-1 players. However, they are one of the most poorly coached teams in the state. A very average 4-4 Brighton team had them down 17 points in the 4th at U of M stadium before they decided to kick off lol.......
They are not a top 30 team in the state. 5-3 and 6-2 teams like Rockford, East Kentwood, Clarkston , Hudsonville, West Bloomfield, Groves, De La Salle..... The list goes on..... Would beat them..... Coaching goes a long way and Bellville has beat one good team this year that is waaaaaayyyyyyy down compared to usual being Fordson.....
This is not a good Bedford team, but they have a 50/50 chance to beat Bellivile....
Outstanding!!!!! Whoever wrote that has an invitation to be a blog contributor next season.
Haha well done 9:18. EM
Very nice indeed!
Post of the year right there! Good stuff.
The Huron League Season is about to come to an end
Riverview was better and just would not bend
Their O-Line was stout and big and strong
Choo Choo trains were heard running all night long
Milan was hurt and players were hard to find
They showed heart and courage all of the time
Flat Rock made strides toward a playoff bid
With a new Coach and some very very determined kids
SMCC started slow and then gained some steam
Finally straightened their way with that very potent T
Jefferson played with heart and deserved to win
Showed up each week and just would not give in
Life on the Island was very tough this year
Regroup, get better, going forward have no fear
Huron was up and down at times
But the warrior in them will guide their lives
Airport looked good if it wasn't for that D
Don't worry there's next year and you still have your JV
Chris and Gary thanks for the blog
We saw clocks that didn't work up on Gary's wall
Chris isn't fat I can say that for sure
Tell Larson's no fries that is the cure
Good luck to SMCC and Flat Rock your teams made the show
Soon Chris and Gary's face will start to their homer glow
Thanks to all the bloggers and enjoy this weeks fights
Until next year's season begins, I wish you all a goodnight!
