• If GI can compete at a high level in the league then so can FR. FR's enrollment is trending up and the fourth Friday count last February was their highest since the mid-seventies.

  The formula hasn't changed for FR to be successful in football. The apathy for the game must stop at FR, the best athletes must play 3 sports which includes football and the coaching must stay consistent. Sandwich the league schedule with a winnable opener and closer and FR will win games in the league. They also must try and gain some local control over the HRYJ youth program or start their own house league.

• That's fine to disagree. But Tom was as good as most coaches in this league. His first year showed that when he had 4 good players and competed. There is limited talent . If Tom coached Airport for example the last 2 years they make the playoffs. There is no way flat rock can win 4 games in this league to get to six and make the playoffs. There best player leaves to Trenton. Can't blame the kid. Nothing against the program, but they can't win a game in the conference this season. Need to switch leagues for football. Things are not gonna get better. It's sad.

• Losing Coach O really hurts. If he couldn't turn it around for them no will. The fact is that they can't compete in this league in football. It's sad and I know there is a lot of tradition there but they will not have a winning season until they leave the league.

• I believe FR can finish at 2-7 or 3-6 this season. Rumor has it that they have made improvements on the O line and also have the QB/WR duo with Roberts and Smith returning this year as seniors. They also have a new Head Coach that looks to make a big impact. They main problem the Rams will face this season is they only have about 20 players on their roster.

• Jefferson will not bury anyone including Flat Rock.
