Huron great season OLSM has a well established program. Rebuild on MH and you never know next year.
"SMCC would not have beat OLSM either."
Im sure the Huron players read that comment and say to themselves.. wow that is right, Im good with our loss now.
Cmon dude... get over your hate.
"Good season Chiefs, your program has come a long way. SMCC would not have beat OLSM either."

Probably not, but we would have scored more than 3 points.
Ithaca Yellowjackets will be ready.
Can't believe SMCC made it this far.
Good season Chiefs, your program has come a long way. SMCC would not have beat OLSM either.
As a father of a Huron junior player, just wanted to say how great of a year this was. My son grew up as a young man and player. You and the team made it farther than your old man ever did.
Made me want to strap it on again...then reality set in.
Great game, your best of the year. Keep your head high.
Good luck CC, you deserve it...go for it!
Thanks for the memories Chiefs!

SMCC - good win, you guys looked dominant in the first half on defense and picked up the offense in the second half. I wasn't nearly as nervous as I was last week. Glad you guys have another shot at Ithaca. Seems like poetic justice. This is the year!!!
Huron - great, great season. Don't let the loss diminish what you have done for your school, community, and yourselves this year. Tons of success this year and I truly hope it continues for you guys in the future. OLSM is a true powerhouse with some incredible athletes. I think they'll win the title in D3.
In other news, Lansing Catholic Central pulls off a win 21-14 against an Almont team that punished LCC's offense to -18 yards(!!!) in the first half. Credit to LCC for pulling it off in the second half.
GO FALCONS-want to see the Hudson Tigers keep the record at 72 in a row.
Glad we are getting Ithaca-just wouldn't be the same against Boyne City.
Congrats to Huron on a great season!! The result today doesn't diminish the fact that you had the most memorable season in school history. And congrats to SMCC on getting to Ford Field. I have no doubt in my mind that this team is built to beat Ithaca. EM
OLSM was the real deal and yes Ross was a flipping stud. At 6-1, 215, he absolutely controlled the game from His LB spot. His hit on Hartwick was felt by everyone in the stadium. In my humble opinion, if Ross plays for Huron that is a one TD game either way. There is a reason he has offers from MSU, UM, OSU and Oklahoma. It will be interesting to see if they can beat Muskegon.
