I wanted to give kudos to the Jefferson Athletic Department and the Jefferson Band for the great job that they did on the 911 tribute before the game and at half time. It was an excellent way for everyone to show respect for the innocent and the heroic who died on that day and for all those who lost loved ones. I only wish the teams could have been present on the field during the pregame ceremony and National Anthem.
